Dabei darf es bei den Umweltauflagen keine Nachl\u00e4ssigkeit geben:<\/p><h4><strong>1, Standortanforderungen<\/strong><\/h4><p>Der Standort des Bearbeitungszentrums sollte von Vibrationsquellen isoliert sein, direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und W\u00e4rmestrahlung vermeiden und den Einfluss von Feuchtigkeit und Luftstr\u00f6mungen vermeiden. Befindet sich in der N\u00e4he der CNC-Werkzeugmaschine eine Vibrationsquelle, sollte das Bearbeitungszentrum auf allen Seiten des Antivibrationsgrabens aufgestellt werden. Andernfalls wird die Bearbeitungsgenauigkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t des CNC-Bearbeitungszentrums direkt beeintr\u00e4chtigt, was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass die elektronischen Komponenten schlechten Kontakt haben und Defekte aufweisen, was die Stabilit\u00e4t des Bearbeitungszentrums beeintr\u00e4chtigt.<\/p><h4>2, Strombedarf<\/h4><p>Normalerweise \u00e4ndern sich in der Werkstatt nicht nur die Umgebungstemperatur, sondern auch alle Arten von elektromechanischen Ger\u00e4ten, was zu einer Instabilit\u00e4t der Stromversorgung f\u00fchrt. Neben der Temperatur wirkt sich auch die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf das Bearbeitungszentrum aus. Sowohl Werkzeugmaschinenhersteller als auch Werkzeugmaschinenbenutzer sollten auf die Kontrolle der Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Werkstatt achten. Im Allgemeinen sollte die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit der Werkzeugmaschine 80% nicht \u00fcberschreiten. Aber auch einige Hersteller von hochpr\u00e4zisen Werkzeugmaschinen werden eine konstante Luftfeuchtigkeit von etwa 60%
